5. The following requirements of the Engineering Department – Drainage Division shall be strictly adhered to: c) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water as per technical note by Tobin Engineering. The planting on the proposed green roof areas shall maximise biodiversity. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority (DPPDC Section) prior to commencement of construction.
