3. The development shall be revised as follows: a) The vehicular opening shall be a maximum width of 3.0m and shall not have outward opening gates. The vehicular opening shall be relocated further eastwards (i.e. towards No. 75 Home Farm Road) whilst also ensuring that the ope and associated dishing still maintain a separation of 3.5m from the trunk of the existing street tree on the eastern side of the property. Revised drawings showing compliance with these requirements shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. All details so agreed shall be carried out on site. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development
