3. The Developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Division of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to occupation of the development, the applicant/developer/occupant shall submit plans demonstrating cycle parking in line with Development Plan Standards for written agreement of the Planning Authority. These shall be provided in addition to the existing cycle parking which serves the wider building. Conversion of existing car parking spaces at basement level could be considered. b) Prior to occupation of the development, the additional cycle parking required as per condition 1 above shall be installed. c) Prior to occupation of the development, the applicant/developer occupant shall submit plans demonstrating that support facilities for cycle parking including showers, lockers and changing facilities are provided to Development Plan Standards. d) Prior to occupation of the development, the applicant/developer/occupant shall submit a plan providing details of the car parking allocated to the proposed medical use for written agreement of the planning authority. Car parking details including quantum, layout, location and use shall be provided. Reason: In the interests of sustainable transportation and orderly development.
