7. Prior to Commencement of Development the applicant shall submit the following to the Transportation Planning Division for written agreement: (a) The applicant/developer shall submit a revised basement cycle parking layout plan including details of proposed cycle parking stands and of suitable access routes to cycle parking, for written agreement of the planning authority. It shall be demonstrated that cycle parking provision for Block L is in line with Condition 20(h) of reg. ref. PWSDZ3406/22, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the planning authority. Any changes to the permitted basement cycle parking layout, cycle parking stand types and access routes to cycle parking (as per GA Plan – Basement, PEM-RAU-BL-B1-DR-AR-1200, Rev P3.03, issue date 30/11/2022, Reg. Ref. PWSDZ3406/22) shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority. (b) The 3 no. set down car parking spaces for the crèche shall be omitted. (c) Prior to commencement of the development, the applicant/developer shall submit details and plans of crèche staff cycle parking, student cycle/scooter parking and buggy storage, for written agreement of the planning authority.
