3. The developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements: a) In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant/developer shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the planning authority: i. Prior to the overall works commencing, the Conservation Officer shall be given the opportunity to inspect the façade to assess the condition of the brickwork and agree the most appropriate method of pointing.
