2. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Division: c. During the course of development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority, investigative information on the condition of the shopfront beam to No. 24. If the beam is early timber, it shall be repaired and strengthened as necessary, rather than replaced. The Conservation Officer requires drawings and a short statement to describe the proposed works to the shopfront beam for written agreement.
