5. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirement of the Drainage Division: b. The developer shall submit an appropriate Flood Risk Assessment (FRA), in accordance with the OPW Guidelines and the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028 Strategic Flood Risk Assessment, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority.
