6. The following Transportation requirements of the Planning Authority shall be complied with: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit to the Planning Authority a revised site plan with the following changes: i. The easternmost proposed awning fronting onto Arran Quay Terrace shall be reduced in depth to ensure that it does not overhang the 3.0m footpath zone as outlined in the submitted site plan/ground floor plan (proposed). ii. The proposed awnings fronting onto Smithfield Square shall be omitted. iii. The proposed entrance delivery/exit door shall not open outwards onto the public footpath.
