4. The following requirements of the Conservation Division shall be complied with; b) Prior to the commencement of the development, the applicant shall submit for the written approval of the planning authority: i. A set of marked elevation drawings to record historic and replacement glazing to the windows which are to be repaired. The replacement of sound historic glazing with slim-line double-glazing units is not supported by the Conservation Officer. ii. A set of Mechanical and Electrical Services drawings prepared by specialist consultants to indicate proposed routes and penetrations through historic fabric as referred to in the Additional Information submission.
