5. The proposed development shall comply with the following requirements of the Council’s Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings illustrating revised bicycle parking within the entrance court. The bicycle parking shall be segregated from the bin storage and shall comply with Section 6 of the Cycle Design Manual and in particular the critical dimensions under Section 6.5.5 (Summary of Parking Layout Dimensions). The bicycle parking layout agreed under this condition shall be constructed and ready for use prior to occupation.
