For development at this site: Junction of Main Street and Belmayne Avenue, Belmayne Clongriffin, Dublin/ Belmayne ETSS, Belmayne Avenue, D13 H2VR The development will consist of: Retention of Amendments to previously approved Planning (Reference 2600/20 & 3351/21) to the Post Primary School: • Site fencing, boundary wall and sports pitches amended • Window heights and widths adjusted for ventilation and daylighting requirements and the inclusion of service grilles and ducts • Removal of Main Entrance Folding Gate and addition of external ramp and fenestration. • The addition of external ladders, rainwater pipes & hoppers, windcatchers & rooflight upstands • Stair 05 height adjusted for building control compliance & construction build up • Clarification of render and cladding extent on elevations • Removal of pedestrian walkway to gratton lodge in previous approval • Clarification of extent of render, cladding on elevations • Identification of a zone which remains undeveloped and subject to future development proposals
