Description

The development will consist of the demolition of the existing side extension and the construction of a two-storey extension to the side of the existing dwelling, incorporating a new front porch. The works will also include the repair and partial reconstruction of the existing boundary wall between the front and rear gardens, together with the formation of a new pedestrian side entrance with associated piers and gate.
