6. The following requirements of the Transport Planning Division of Dublin City Council shall be strictly adhered to: a) Prior to commencement of the development, the applicant/developer shall submit revised plans to provide 3 no. staff cycle parking spaces for written agreement of the planning authority unless otherwise agreed. Cycle parking should be secure, allow locking of both frame and wheel, and be conveniently located and well lit. If stairs access is proposed a runnel or similar should be provided.
