Description

It is recommended that the requirements for Transportation are undertaken as follows j. Prior to commencement of development, and on appointment of a contractor, a Construction Management Plan for the construction phase of the development shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. This plan shall provide details of intended construction practice for the development, including a detailed traffic management plan, hours of working, noise management measures, off-site disposal of construction waste and access arrangements for labour, plant and materials, including location of plant and machine compound. The appointed contractor shall liaise with DCC Road Works Control Division during construction period. The Construction Management Plan shall be cognisant of the documents submitted for the construction of proposed railway order application to the north ACP: 321278 for the Luas Finglas extension. The appointed contractor shall liaise with and submit prior to commencement of development the construction management plan for the written agreement of Transportation Infrastructure Ireland.
