PROTECTED STRUCTURE: RETENTION & PERMISSION: for development consisting of retention permission to reinstate attic accommodation above no. 60 Talbot St (not protected) and connection to pre-existing attic historically dormered accommodation in number 59 Talbot Street (protected structure).
