2. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: ° The north elevation of the development hereby approved shall be amended for the length of its boundary with number 7 Grand Canal Street to provide aluminium cladding (or other material to be agreed in writing with the planning authority) in lieu of glazing, up to and including the sixth floor level. Revised drawings showing compliance with these requirements and proposed materials shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development.
