Description

4. (a) 4 no. additional cycle parking spaces shall be provided for the two apartment units and details of the stands and a cycle parking layout plan shall be submitted for written agreement of the planning authority prior to the commencement of the development. Cycle parking shall be easily accessible, secure, sheltered, well lit and allow locking of both frame and wheel, and shall be in place prior to the occupation of the two apartment units.
