3. The proposed development shall be amended as follows: a. The glazing to the first-floor bathroom (side-facing) shown on drawing number 2508-04 shall be manufactured opaque or frosted glass and shall be permanently maintained. b. The proposed ensuite at first floor level shall be omitted and the length of the extension at this level reduced to be no greater than 5 metres. c. The side facing bedroom window at first floor level shall be omitted and relocated to the rear of the modified extension. The new window shall be similar in size to the existing windows on the rear elevation. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the buildings.
