4. Drainage e) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. Prior to commencement of the development, full construction details for the surface water management proposals shall be submitted for approval. g) Full details of any drainage works required to facilitate the upgrade of existing public footpaths and carriageways (relocation of existing gullies, installation of SuDS, new gullies, etc.) shall be submitted for agreement prior to commencement of the development.
