Description

It is recommended that the requirements for Transportation are undertaken as follows b. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for written agreement which shows the following changes: i. The implementation of soft landscaping measures at the site access point to the west of Block B to ensure that the access point to the site is a cycle and pedestrian priority route and is only used by emergency vehicles and not informal car parking. ii. The relocation of accessible car parking spaces to the 1 no. on-street car parking space off Bannow Road for Block A and Bay 1 for Block B. A loading bay shall be provided along Bannow Road. iii. A minimum of 7 no. car share spaces with 3 no. additional car share spaces adjacent to the 4-no. proposed car share parking spaces.
