Description

EXPP: Proposed development is the replacement of the existing grass pitch surface with a synthetic 3G artificial pitch with associated sub-base and drainage layers. Associated replacement of existing perimeter railing to the northern end car park matching the height of the existing railings. Installation of a new 1.2m high spectator fence adjacent to the pitch, existing floodlights are being replaced like for like with modern low energy lights with zone controls. The replacement of the lights relates to maintenance and repair.
