Description

The development will consist of the following: (1) Change of use of an existing financial services unit to a restaurant (c.61sq.m.). (2) Removal of two existing ATMs and installation of a new façade treatment fronting onto Temple Bar Square, including a new shopfront window. (3) Provision of internal restaurant facilities, including kitchen accommodation, waste storage, ventilation, staff welfare areas, customer seating, and an accessible restroom. (4) Installation of ventilation ducting on the south elevation to serve the proposed kitchen, together with an extractor fan at roof level. (5) Erection of signage on the north elevation. (6) All associated site development and services work on a site of c.0.0062ha.
