Description

4. The development shall retain and reconstruct the existing stone wall boundary and shall incorporate all stone salvaged as part of any new boundary as far as possible. Prior to the commencement of development the Applicant shall consult with and agree a methodology with the Conservation Section which shall be submitted for written agreement. Reason: To restore and reuse existing historic fabric on site.
