8. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a) Prior to the completion of the development, all works to public road and the public realm shall be agreed with and carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Area Engineers in the Road Maintenance Division and Traffic Advisory Group. The public footpath shall be continued across the front of the site and all works proposed shall align with the permitted design and materials used on Earls Place. These works shall be carried out at the applicant/developer’s own expense.
