4. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit the following details to the Drainage Division, for their written agreement: a) The management of surface water as indicated on the drawings shall be revised. A detailed site plan shall be submitted which demonstrate that all rainwater must pass through at least one stage of treatment prior to discharge from the site i.e. all runoff from roof areas shall be managed.
