8. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Drainage Division of Dublin City Council: c) All surface water discharge from this development must be attenuated to two litres per second. The proposed discharge arrangements shall be confirmed with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction. d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water, providing an integrated approach with the landscaping proposals. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction.
