Description

4. The development shall comply with the following transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: (i) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit revised drawings for written agreement showing a revised front boundary wall which provides a pedestrian only entrance onto Foxhill Crescent. For the avoidance of doubt, the proposed vehicular entrance shall be omitted and the development shall be constructed and operate in accordance with revised drawings agreed under this Condition.
