Description

5. Prior to commencement of development a revised Landscape Masterplan including the permitted amendments with an evergreen screening hedge to proposed additional carparking adjacent the Biodiversity Park and green roofs to bicycle parking structures, prepared by a Landscape Architect appointed by the applicant shall be submitted to the Planning Authority for approval. The approved landscape scheme shall be implemented fully in the first planting season following completion of the development or completion of any phase of the development, and any vegetation which dies or is removed within 3 years of planting shall be replaced in the first planting season thereafter. (The landscape scheme shall have regard to the Guidelines for Open Space Development and Taking in Charge, copies of which are available from the Parks and Landscape Services Division.
