EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Internal alterations at ground and first floor to accommodate Chanel in-house concession store at Nos 44 Wicklow Street, part of Brown Thomas Store at Nos 88-91 Grafton Street and Nos 38-45 Wicklow Street and Nos 1-3 Clarendon Street, Dublin 2. The works will include the reduction of the first floor level to match that of the rest of the store, within the existing ground – first ceiling-floor void, structural connections to the historic façade, the reconfiguration of internal partitions/walls and a new ground to first floor staircase. The historic façade (Protected Structure) and the visible interface between internal structure and the façade will be unaltered.
