Description

EXPP: The timber fence to the front of the property was installed in 2025 for privacy and to improve the appearance of the boundary. The front section was initially set higher than intended, however this was reduced within one week of installation, prior to any formal reponse from the Council. The fence now reflects the lowered height and is consistent with similar boundary treatments in the surrounding area. It does not obstruct sightlines or negatively impact neighbouring properties and was installed in good faith to define the boundary in keeping with the character of the area.
