4.. The Developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: b) Prior to the commencement of works, the Developer shall submit the following for written agreement of the Planning Authority: (i) Specifications for the proposed windows and doors, noting the CO preference for timber in lieu of aluminium. (ii) A method statement for the protection of the retained boundary walls during the construction of the proposed garden building.
