Description

EXPP: Part refurbishment at first floor and first floor extension to the side of a two storey semi-detached house at 39 Connolly Gardens, Inchicore, Dublin 8. The proposed development will consist of the construction of a first floor side and rear extension sitting on top of an existing ground floor side and rear extension with hipped pitched roof to house and extended bedroom to front, walk-in wardrobe and new bathroom to the rear with an area of 27m2. (Total area is 138 m2) The proposed development will also consist of general remedial works to the first floor layout including removal of sections of the side and rear walls to allow for breaking through to the extended bedroom to the front and new family bathroom to the rear with rooflights to the walk in wardrobe to the side and bathroom to the rear with opaque window to bathroom to the side and all associated site works.
