Description

EXPP: Removal of rear chimney. The chimney to be removed is at the rear of the house down to roof level, serving the original dining room and rear bedroom. This is not a shared chimney. Although barely visible from the street it is not as prominent as the shared chimney at the front of the house. All new roof tiles to match those existing. the roof will be made good using matching tiles/slates and ridge details to match the existing roof finish. The works will not materially affect the external appearance of the dwelling.
