4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: ii) Samples of the proposed brick and mortar to be used for the service building shall be submitted for agreement. It is considered that the proposed brick set out in the further information response may be excessively dark and lighter brick may be more appropriate in order to allow the building further recede above the Protected Structure v) Specification for any repair works to the historic cast-iron structure.
