Description

3. The proposed development shall be amended as follows. (a) A creche/childcare facility shall be incorporated at the ground floor of Block C of sufficient size to cater for a minimum of 58 childcare spaces. Details of the layout and access arrangements to the facility shall be agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to the commencement of development. Revised drawings and full details showing complianœ with these above requirements shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to the commencement of development.
