Description

3. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall obtain the written agreement of the Planning Authority to a revised arrangement at roof level with regard to the proposed side dormer, being either: (A) The side dormer shall be set back from the eaves by the same distance as the permitted rear dormer, OR (B) A general conversion of the roof to a half hip arrangement and associated extension upwards of the side wall. Reason: To protect the visual amenities of the area.
