5. Prior to commencement of development revised floor plans, drawings and particulars showing the following amendments shall be submitted to the planning authority and written agreement obtained: a) The six rooms shown on the floor plans as ‘off standard bedroom’ with floor areas of 19-20m2 shall be omitted and in each case the floor area shall be incorporated into the adjoining room to provide a larger unit. For clarity, this applies to one room at each of basement, first, second, third, fourth and fifth floor levels, but not to the larger 29m2 ‘off standard bedroom’ at fifth floor level. Reason: To ensure an improved mix of unit types and sizes in accordance with the requirements of Section 15.14.1.2 of the Dublin City Development Plan (2022-2028).
