3. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the City Archaeologist of Dublin City Council: (iv) The developer’s archaeologist shall consult with and forward their method statement for monitoring for written agreement of the Planning Authority in advance of commencement. Reason: In the interest of preserving or preserving by record archaeological material likely to be damaged or destroyed in the course of development.
