Description

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist of: i) Change-of-use from commercial to residential, ii) provision of a mews house with internal parking space, bin and bicycle storage, iii) Removing existing flat roof to the front of the property and construction of a second-floor extension (with rear-facing-dormer window), with proposed balcony at second floor level, over existing ground-and-first-floor space to the front of the property, iv) filling in ponding and provision of 2m high boundary wall to the rear of the site, v) renovation of existing stone party gable wall, vi) construction of part single-storey, part two-storey extension to the rear, vii) rebuilding the original pitched roof (with small dormer to the rear) to match original ridge line and viii) provision of surface and foul drainage and all ancillary site works.
