We, Better Value Unlimited Company, intend to apply for permission for amendments to planning permission Dublin City Council Reg. Ref: 3372/23 at this site (3.3746 ha) currently occupied by ‘Crumlin Shopping Centre’ located to the north of Crumlin Road, Crumlin, Dublin 12. The site is bounded by existing residential dwellings to the north and east, Crumlin Road to the south and existing residential dwellings and Brickfield Drive to the west. The development will consist of: • Modifications to South and West Elevation façade comprising replacement of Green Wall from the south elevation due to fire safety and design requirements and introduction Curved Brise-soleil design; • Omission of Glass canopies on the southern façade and 1 x Glass canopy on the western facade; • Provision of 4 x new illuminated signages and minor revisions to timber cladding to facilitate the new façade design; • The development will also include all ancillary and associated site development works.
