2. Amendments a) The proposed dormer shall be finished in matching tiles and its ope shall not exceed the height and width of the existing rear 1st floor window. b) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority details of a redesigned side extension at ground floor level such that its roof does not extend above the eaves line of the historic cat-slide roof and where high-quality external finishes, a sensitive roof profile and appropriately proportioned fenestration would respect the special character of the Protected Structure. Reason: In the interests of visual amenity and built heritage.
