8. The developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: (a) Vehicular entrance shall be at most 3.6 m in width and shall, in order to protect the existing street tree, be extended from the location of the existing north-west gate post in a south-east direction only. Revised drawings shall be submitted for the written agreement of the planning authority prior to the commencement of the development. (d) Prior to the commencement of the development, revised cycle parking layout shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement. Staff cycle parking, a minimum 8 no., shall be located within secure and sheltered compound, bike store or similar. A minimum 2 no. visitor cycle parking shall be provided, and the design shall allow both wheel and frame to be locked.
