8. The applicant/developer shall implement in full the mitigation strategy outlined in the S3 Archaeological report by Giacometti including the following. (b) The developer shall retain a licensed archaeologist to carry out the following archaeological requirements of the City Archaeologist: ii. The developer’s archaeologist shall forward their method statement for testing in advance to the Planning Authority for written agreement.
