4. The Developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: c) In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information to the Planning Authority for their written agreement: i. All existing boundary walls shall be retained in situ. The applicant shall submit a method statement for the repair and consolidation of the existing rubble boundary walls and their incorporation in to the proposed development. ii. A conservation-led methodology for the demolition of the existing mews is requested to be submitted for written agreement of the Planning Authority, to ensure the building is carefully demolished, with protective measures in place to preserve the historic fabric on the site.
