4. The mitigation measures set out in the Demolition Justification Report in relation to the reuse and recycling of materials and building components following demolition works shall be implemented in full. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall address the following matters: (b) Details of the location and future reuse of items removed from the existing buildings on the site, including the Holocaust Memorial Stone, the stained-glass windows, memorial plaques, lighting, polished timber benches, doors to the ark and bimah, shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority. Reason: To provide an appropriate record of the structure, to ensure the preservation of items of historical and cultural interest and in the interest of sustainable development.
