Description

9. Prior to commencement of development, the developer shall submit for the written agreement of the planning authority, details of the proposed boundary treatment along the southern boundary of the site. Details to be submitted shall outline measures to protect the privacy and security of the residents within the ground floor apartments which adjoin the Grand Canal Towpath. Reason: In the interests of visual and residential amenity.
