EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Replacement of current fibre cement slates on roof of return (approx. 12m²) with 1) New fibre cement slates of same dimensions incl. new felt and flashing, repair to timber if required. or, if 1) is not permissible with 2) new natural slate of same dimensions incl. felt and flashing. Recent weather has cause water leaks as current slates and flashing are in a poor condition Recommendation from roofing contractors are to replace all of the current states to avoid damage to the roof structure, No change to size or shape of the roof.
