3. Prior to commencement of development the developer shall submit revised drawings for the written approval of the Planning Authority showing the following: a) Drawings indicating the parapet of the first-floor extension aligning with the original rear wall of the dwelling and the new roof sloping from below the ridge of the original roof to the new parapet, similar to the constructed scheme at 32 South Dock Road (reg.ref. 2077/15). b) A section drawing demonstrating that the proposed first floor extension is not visible to a person standing on the opposite side of the road. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity.
