6. The applicant shall comply with the following Transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit and obtain the written agreement of the Planning Authority with regards to a revised site layout plan. The plan shall outline the proposed boundary treatment of the subject site fronting onto Charlemont Lane and clearly demarcate the width of each vehicular entrance.
