Description

Demolition of a derelict two storey building to the south east of the site (220sq.m) and shed to rear of 65/66A Clanbrassil Street (90sq.m). The construction of 2 no. apartment blocks; one at the front (Block A - 4 storey over retail and storage/ESB substation) and one at the rear of the site (Block B - 6 storeys) – both connected via bridge link at fifth floor in Block B to roof of Block A. The maximum building height of Block A will be 13.5m (The maximum building parapet height of Block A will be 13.5m.) and for Block B will be 20.25m high.
